Breakthrough HQ is a mental health office that offers in person visits, as well as virtual visits. We take pride in providing individualized, up-to-date, comprehensive approaches using medication and non-medication treatment modalities and recommendations, for a variety of mental health conditions. We currently see children starting at age 6, adolescents, adults and the elderly. We are honored to have the opportunity to care for each and every patient and we promise to treat you with an open mind, dignity and respect.
